What are Request for Admissions?

Once the petition is filed, each side will serve the other with “Discovery”. Part of the discovery process involves what is called “Request for Admissions”. These will be a set of statements from one party to the adverse party, or other parties, for the purpose of having the other side either admit or deny the said statement. This is common practice in civil law. Below I have listed an example set of Requests for Admissions:
