ARLINGTON — Texans coach Bill O’Brien gave an honest appraisal of his team’s performance after the 21-14 loss to Dallas in a game played by reserves.
“We didn’t play very well,” he said. “They did. Give Dallas credit.”
The roster must be reduced to 53 by 3 p.m. on Saturday.
“We’ve got a lot of tough decisions to make,” O’Brien said.
The Texans’ defense played better than their offense. The offense scored two touchdowns and allowed one on an interception return. The defense allowed one touchdown.
“We put the defense in some tough situations,” O’Brien said.
