As I posted back in March, a Tyler jury in Judge Gilstrap’s court returned a verdict in favor of Defendant Apple in Core Wirless Licensing v. Apple, 6:12cv100, finding none of the asserted claims infringed.
Yesterday Judge Gilstrap entered a Final Judgment in the case, including an eye-watering $736,595.54 in court costs. (That part would be represented by the lower left-hand side of the Sistine wall).
