Houston lawyer again named in top 1 percent of nation’s attorneys

A Houston lawyer has been again named among the top 1 percent of U.S. attorneys by a national organization.

Benny Agosto Jr., a partner in Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Friend in Houston, was included on the 2016 Nation’s Top One Percent list by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, the second year in a row the attorney was recognized.

The association uses a multistage process to identify, search for, and research candidates for the honor, evaluating each candidate on professional experience, case results, client reviews, and other factors.
