The Beyond the Basics seminar, a skills-focused course aimed at two- to eight-year practitioners, will include topics such as litigation standing, fee disputes, and managing clients and feature experienced attorneys as well as judges.
The event, set for 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Denton on November 4, is open to attorneys and paralegals, with a reduced registration price for lawyers who have been licensed for fewer than five years and paralegals attending with an attorney.
