D Magazine has once again recognized Clouse Brown founders Keith Clouse and Alyson Brown on the publication’s annual list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas for their work in labor and employment law.
Both Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Clouse has been recognized by the publication for 12 consecutive years, and Ms. Brown has been recognized consecutively for four.
“We are honored to be included on this list of respected attorneys year after year,” said Ms. Brown. “It’s not just a testament to our individual expertise, but also to the entire firm’s work on behalf of our clients.”
In the year since D Magazine published its last list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas, Clouse Brown received a “Best Law Firms” recognition for its work in multiple areas of employment law. Individually, Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown have each received Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers recognitions. The firm also welcomed another board-certified attorney, Robert (Bobby) Lee, as a partner in March.
Focusing on employment issues relating to executives and employers, the attorneys at Clouse Brown offer their perspectives on employment law developments via the firm’s blog; recently, they published analyses of legislation regarding arbitration agreements and marijuana laws.
To build their list, D Magazine’s editors first collect peer nominations from lawyers throughout the Dallas area. Then, editors conduct an independent review in consultation with an anonymous group of leading local attorneys to select the final honorees.
