Do you know of a journalist deserving of recognition for excellence in reporting on legal issues?
The State Bar of Texas Public Affairs Committee is accepting entries for the 2020 Texas Gavel Awards to recognize journalistic excellence that helps foster public understanding of the legal system, including investigative reporting that leads to improvements in the justice system.
Entries published or broadcast during the 2019 calendar year are being accepted for print, broadcast, and online categories until 5 p.m. Friday, February 28.
