This can give you an idea of what clients and potential clients are accustomed to paying and can give you a starting point for coming up with the right rates.

Your clients come to you during some of the most difficult times of their lives, whether you are a criminal lawyer who is helping someone who is facing jail time or if you are a divorce lawyer who helps with the dissolution of marriages. Therefore, even though you might look at things as “business,” it’s important for you to be understanding and supportive as much as possible.
4. Follow Up
It’s essential to follow up on any leads that you get—such as those who send in a contact form or who set an appointment to come in for a consultation—if you want to encourage potential clients to choose your law firm.
